Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval. Any bank fees or transaction charges are non-refundable. Force Majeure/Weather Cancellations: If a tour is canceled by the provider due to unsafe weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen events, customers will receive either a) A full refund, or b) The option to reschedule without penalty.
