On the first day, we will pick you up at the airport. You will be greeted by our professional driver. Our driver will understand and converse with you in English. Your 5-day trip kicks off here. First, we will go to Pinnawala. It is a small village 90km from Colombo. We will take you to either Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage or Millennium Elephant Foundation. You will get to see many elephants, especially baby elephants. Watch these cute animals play around with each other. You can also interact with them. It will be a joyous experience.
After this, we will proceed to our hotel stay in Kandy as per your Sri Lanka tour package. We will also stop for a hearty meal on the way. Kandy is a city in Sri Lanka surrounded by mountains. It is adorned by the Mahaweli River. In the evening, you will get to attend the Kandy cultural dance show. There will be drums and costumes that give you a glimpse into the roots of Sri Lankan culture.

Your day two starts with a very unique place. After having breakfast, you will go to a place that houses a tooth of Lord Buddha. It is called the Temple of the Tooth in Kandy. It is a Buddhist temple and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then, we will head to the Gem Museum. It is home to natural gems and gemmology. It has the world’s largest Sapphire rock. You can buy gems or even custom jewelry from here. We will step outside now into the Royal Botanical Garden in Peradeniya. You will be stunned by the collection of orchids here. There are also many different trees, spices, medicinal plants, etc. Alongside it are different birds, butterflies, and bats. In your tour package of Sri Lanka, the next destination is Nuwara Eliya. We will have lunch and move ahead. It is known as the ‘Little England of Sri Lanka.’ It is a beautiful, cold, and green place surrounded by the highest mountains of Sri Lanka with picturesque waterfalls. You will be visiting the fresh tea plantations and the tea factory. We will end the day at Gregory Park. Step into a beautiful little park with a lake and spend the evening in the cozy climate. On day three, we will go to a small town called Ella. On the way, you will have breakfast and go to a significant place. If you know about Ramayana, you will love this place. It is the Seetha Amman Kovil Temple. As per mythology, Sita Mata spent her days of imprisonment by Ravan here. You will see the stream where she supposedly took a bath. The area is said to be the area burnt by Hanuman Ji. After this, we will go to Hakgala Botanical Gardens. This is also a beautiful garden with many varieties of plants and flowers you may never have seen before. Finally, you will have lunch and start for Ella as per your tour package of Sri Lanka. Here, you see an architectural marvel, the Nine Arches Bridge. It is known as the Bridge in the Sky. It is 100 feet high and has a majestic view of the hills and dense forests. Today we will start our adventure at the Yala National Park. Early morning, at 6 am, you will step into the grand wildlife sanctuary. Forbes reports that Sri Lanka is ‘the best safari destination outside of Africa.’ Yala has the highest density of leopards in the world! So you get to spot these elegant creatures on your ride. There are also many other mammals, elephants, and birds thriving here. We put this in your Sri Lanka tour package with utmost care. You just cannot miss this experience.
