The Palms is about 44 km from Ratmalana International Airport, 66 km from Diyawanna Oya Seaplane Base, and 80 km from Koggala Airport. Free private parking is available on site (reservation needed), and a shuttle service can be arranged for an additional charge.

Check-In and Policies

Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM. Children of all ages are welcome. Extra beds are available for children up to 11 at US$15 per child per night, and a free crib is available for children up to 2, subject to availability. There's no minimum age for check-in, and pets are not allowed.
