Heritance Kandalama is about 20 km from Sigiriya Airport and roughly a 3.5-hour drive from Bandaranaike International Airport. Free private parking and valet parking are available on site, or you can arrange car hire directly through the hotel.

Check-In and Policies

Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM. Children of all ages are welcome, though those 12 and above are charged as adults. Cribs are free for children up to 3, and extra beds are available for children 7 to 12 at US$15 per child per night, subject to availability. There's no minimum age for check-in, and pets are not allowed.
